We’re Millie and Toby - a married couple who turned our love of great food and a good party into Admiralty Fine Foods in 2021. After moving back to Toby’s hometown of Port Townsend in the summer of 2019 and working in hospitality and service for many years - our gears started turning as we navigated the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

What started as a waterfront bar and bistro has grown into the current iteration of Admiralty Fine Foods: a dynamic event venue, catering company, and private event space overlooking Port Townsend Bay.
